Hand cut sardines grilled over wood fire and conserved in "escabeche" made with Arbequino extra virgin olive oil from Torre de Canena and Acid for the House vinegar from Microbio Wines.

Sardines (Sardina pilchardus) and escabeche (extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, onion, paprika and spices).
