About the Producer

We bought those lands located at the Isasa’s hillside which is part of the Cidacos Valley in 1992. This land is located at a bit high altitude, around 600-700 meters, but due to the Cidacos Valley influence and the microclimate of this area we are able to grow Mediterranean plants as the olive tree, almond tree, vineyards, … We have adopted organic farming since the beginning. Our method is an eclectic one open to new ideas, we based it in Fukuoka, “permacultura”, Jean Marie Roger and Rudolf Steiner. Based on these influences and on my 22 years own experience, I would say that, after several fails and successes and above all, a long learning time I’ve achieved a simple and effective method that improves and regenerates the soil. From grapes so obtained we developed our classic Viña Illusion, and the new Prana, whose special feature is the carbonic maceration. Certified - Organic by Ecyssa (1992).
