Hand harvested. Garnacha Tinta has 3 days maceration, Garnacha Roja and Blanca 1 week maceration, pressed and aged together.
Aging
Wines age less than a year and then bottled unfined, unfiltered, and zero SO2. Another great low abv red clocking in at only 10.5% too.
